Chiltern Quota - Chiltern Royalty - Irish Atlantic Comedee - Other Ponies Produced

CHILTERN QUOTA

Quota was purchased as a novice 5 year old for ridden and breeding purposes. She has been Champion at numerous shows across the Country under saddle and inhand. She is now and excellent and successful broodmare.

A few of her achievements include:-

• 3 times Qualifier NPS M & M Ridden Championship – Olympia
• Supreme Inhand Champion British Connemara Breed Show – 1999
• Supreme Inhand Broodmare Champion – NPS Malvern – 1999
• Supreme Inhand of the Show - Ponies UK – 1999

In 1999 she had her first foal by Castle Comet, a dun filly; Chilham Eclipse. Eclipse was a lovely pony who was exported as a 2 year old to Gerry Bogaard, Spring Hill Farm, USA.

CHILTERN ROYALTY

Royalty was purchased from the Cocum Stud as an 11 year old broodmare. She had previously had 5 foals but had not been ridden.

• Best of Breed and Reserve Champion Olympia – 1994
• Ridden Champion BCPS Breed Show – 1994/1996
• Champion Baileys M & M Ridden Final – Ponies UK
• Supreme M & M Ridden Champion – Ponies UK
• Ridden M & M Champion – Royal Show

She was also very successful inhand winning numerous Champions at top level. Unfortunately in 2001 she was sadly put down at the age of 21.

IRISH ATLANTIC COMEDEE

Comet’s first ridden offspring was produced under saddle by us in 2003, his first year under saddle. Comet had certainly stamped his bone and true Connemara pony type on to this lovely gelding. He also had lovely straight and free movement. He ended the season by qualifying for the Simpson Refractories M & M Ridden Pony of the Year at Horse of the Year Show and has been since sold. They will also compete in M & M WHP classes.
